Does Gaviscon (antacid medicine) reduce sodium levels in the blood? - antacid medicine

A friend told me he had read somewhere that the medicine can reduce the pottassium Gaviscon / sodium (which?) In blood? Is that true?

No, Gaviscon acts almost exclusively as the gastric mucosa. none is absorbed by Gaviscon. Never worked for me, and if you need to take regularly for a period of time, there is a problem in a better way to be addressed.
