It depends on the nature of each person. You'll find a lot of people to dress "casual" as the United States. People who work in offices dressed as ... People in an office (jacket or shirt, pants, sometimes a suit, etc..) If you go to the rural mountain men, most wearing clothes made of wool, alpaca or llama, as if made shirts or jackets. If you go into the jungle, most people wear shorts, t-shirts and flip-flops by high temperatures and a high probability of wet (so they) call the rainforest. You will also find people who wear Gothic clothes, or expensive clothes, or simply do not know how to combine their clothing. The same goes for hairstyles and make-up (depending on) how your stylist.

Simply because people who are outside the United States does not mean that they like the natives, or very strange dress.
